Re: Another troubling comment on MVP baseball

you guys act as if you couldn't do the same thing in another game.

I bet I could put Mo in centerfield in WSB, ASB, and HH and he'll make a couple of nifty plays out there too.

Games don't measure weight, intelligence, etc. Just ratings by chance.

If this alone is a game killer then you shouldn't purchase any baseball game.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Not sure about ASB but in WSB they have postion ratings so Mo would not be very good in CF.

            disagree, i'm sorry.

Mo doesn't have a good position rating in CF, but that doesnt mean he won't catch the ball out there in a video game.

WTF!?!!? Mo Vaughn can play CF in MVP?! damn! i really wanted to get this game, but this is a total game killer. I want a realistic game where i can put Mo Vaughn in CF and watch him struggle.
