What the hell are you talking about? He has played one freggin season. The guy went 10-1 in his first 12 starts with a 3.15 ERA. My goodness you ride people off fast. He was a rook last year.

If he's one of your lower starters than, yeah you might want to keep him. I think that what the other guy was saying was that, for fantasy baseball, Ishii might is definitely no sure thing judging from his performance of last year. This year could go either way.
