I'm not sure if this will work for you guys but it works for me.
Try to follow this for right handers (reverse for lefties).
x is where the pitche should be. Don't throw it there unless the batter's hot spot is there (if you decided to throw a breaking pitch, have it start from the hot zone, then end up in the cold zone or out of the K zone.
x-any fastball-------x-off speed pitches

x-pitches like cutters and sliders

I------------------------x-off speed pitches
I------------------------I <--throw curve or drop pitches that end at this line or lower.
x-4-seamers (this pitches rise up so it's good to start here.
