    My First Frustrating Experience!!

I'm in a big slump with the Cubbies. Went two straight games against the Reds where I scored zero, zilch, nadda! The game before my first time being shut out, I was no hit going into the 9th when C Patt jacked one out --- I lost 2-1 in the 10th.

Then comes the Rockies at coors. I finally break out of my slump. I errupt for 9 runs.

So, bottom of the 9th, I'm up 9-4 and the onslaught begins. No matter what I did (fresh relief pitcher), the Rockies pounded it. As they hit a basesloaded gapper to score the winning run, I slammed my controller to the floor, yelled "I'm not taking the bull crap!" and turned off the game.

Then I realized ---- that's exactly how the Cubs play baseball

Man, this game it too real.

Dude, the same thing happened to me, with the Cubs. I'm at the beginning of my season, batting about .350 as a team. 5 games later, down to .220. They just sucked all of the sudden. Then, they break out of it. Pretty cool, but it can get frustrating. Much like their human counterparts.

FYI, if you really want frustration, try playing with the Rockies. Good God, that pitching staff just licks.

The funny thing is the weird look the wife (and the cat) give you when you throw your controller and yell obscenities at the TV.
