If your tv supports HD 720p, you're in for a treat, because WSB just looks unbelievable. Best looking video game I've ever seen. Zero jagged edges anywhere.

It doesn't support 1080i, so your set needs to accept the 720p signal and convert it to 1080i, which I assume would also look great. I don't know about 480p--I'll change the dashboard setting and try it later.Comment

I can't see one single jagged edge on anything. The only other game I've ever seen look anywhere near this good (and anti-aliased) was NBA2K3 running at 720p. So I don't have a piece of paper proving anything, no, but I've never seen anything in 480p look anywhere near this good. I saw several comments by developers before the game was released that it would support 720p.
Here's another reason why I think it's in 720p. The reviews of WSB and MVP say that WSB's graphics are better, but not by any huge degree or anything. I've seen both today and WSB is a 10. In comparison, MVP is about a 5. That's how huge the difference is. I figure that the reviewers were probably running them both at 480p or just on a regular set.Comment

I just don't understand why they would not indicate '720p' on the back of the game if it really does support it !?!?!
Does your TV 'lock' into a 16x9 mode and not let you change the screen size when you play WSB ???
