Anyone else find D- stanama for almost every relief pitcher unrealistic ??

IMO..I think D- stanama for almost every relief pitchers is just not realistic...I mean there dead after 2 batters ??

Im my Dodger franchise they had G.Carrara with D - stanama when he actually started 2 games last season so I changed it to C- to add realism

I have decided to change every relief pitcher to D + stanama and every closer to D to make it a little more realistic

Anyone else done this to add to realisim or agree ??

Well, position also plays a big role in this. A guy in mid relief will go longer if placed on long relief even though his stamina is kept constant.

I suggest that you do raise it up though, since no one really blows out after two batters in the big leagues.

Jesse Orosco is usually finished after one batter, which brings me to agree that the D- should be reserved for the situational relievers like him. A D+ or D for a closer. What cracks me up are the starters who have a C rating. I have Jeremy Affeldt with that rating. I better get the long reliever up in the 2nd inning.

There's a different pace on when stamina is used up by position. Starters will not lose anything quickly. Long reliever is just there below the starters. Middle relievers go a little quick. Closers are supposed to be one inning so they lose things quickly. I saw a pitcher with D rating (a D rating) that I went against, but he lasted six + innings until I started hitting off him.

But the problem is im finding several long relief pitchers with D- stanama....Thats just not realistic !! no matter how good they pitch with only D- stanama

Most every relief pitcher "excluding specialists" should be able to go 2 innings before they lose all there stanama and 95% of the relief pitchers in ASB can`t go 1 inning

It really shows when you "Watch" games
