I played an exibition game when i first got it and started on Pro...I got the first 3 batters out and the scored 3 runs in the bottom of the first...i was like oh,oh this may be pretty easy...then they shut me down the rest of the game and i had Matty Mo give up 3 runs through 8 then I scored one in the bottom of the 8th and Izzy sealed the win for me with a K to end the game...4-3 (me)
the real fun started in my first franchise game....it was a nail biter...The brewers took the lead 1-0 early on but then i tied it by a perfectly executed hit and run(best game for that) getting my runner to third...they took the lead back later 2-1 and then i tied it later in the game....this game took forever and there were tons of great plays...oh and i noticed something really cool...when in a run down after awhile the runner gets tired and really slows down! (in ASB 2003 i could always get back to first or advance when in a run down, but this i always get out)...well the game went 16 innings in my first franchise game...i had Matty Mo pitch 8.1 innings of 2 run ball and then Izzy pitched 3.2 innings of scoreless ball and then Ankiel smoked them with 4 innings of 3 hit no run ball...i scored late in the game on a hit by tino or Drew i can't remember(i'm pretty sure it was one of them though)
