Team rating in franchise mode??

I use the Mets in my franchise and notice the team rating is vary from game to game, sometimes it's 86, and sometimes it's 88, is it normal? Thanks.

Does the rating maybe depend on who your starter is? Is your rating higher with Leiter and Glavine than when you play with Astacio or Trachsel? That'd be kind of sweet...

I guess the rating is depends on the team standing.

it depends on who your scout is. if hes good your rating will be accurate if not it will be bad
