Team Rankings?
How can they have my Cardinals 14th? I didn't count the all-star teams in the rankings that MVP has or the Cards woud be 16th! They have Boston #1, a team that didn't make the playoffs last year. The Cardinals made it to the NLCS and were centra division champs! Houston is ranked 4th and they have pretty much the same team they did last year only they added Kent. The Cards add Rolen! He was injured in the playoffs last year. Ok, I'm done venting.***My Teams***
NCAA - Oklahoma Sooners
MLB - St. Louis Cardinals
NFL - Dallas Cowboys
NBA - Oklahoma City ThunderTags: None -
Re: Team Rankings?
I would imagine the rating is based on a composite score balancing offense and pitching...and other than Matt Morris and Woody, the Cards don't have any studs for pitchers. So I guess that plus a GREAT offense makes them 14th. Seems kind of weak to me...especially when you factor in their defense (or perhaps it isn't factored in) -

Re: Team Rankings?
The Cardinals don't have a very good pitching staff compared to Houston or Boston. I'm sure EA, who actually used Inside Edge (the company that all the MLB teams use for stats) accounted for new year growth in players, as well as offseason moves that might affect a team.Comment
