Do they have the drummer in Jacobs Field? Probably not.

The crowd in Atlanta does the chant. I have only seen fireworks when I hit a homerun though. The crowd doesn't do the chop, not that it would matter since the crowd looks like colorful moving cardboard.

Safeco has a major train track that goes right next to the stadium. Trains regularly 'sound off' when going by. ASB had it last year.

Philly fans boo at everything in this game.

                I'm not kidding either.

brntilky, thank you for your response. Video Game Atmosphere is very important to me. The chant (I am a big Braves fan) coupled with all of the great things I have read about this game on OS is the reason I am purchasing it. Thanks again, Dave

Me too. I personally think atmosphere in baseball is one of the more important aspects of a video game. When going to a real game I always think about the stadiums, chants, organ music and the crowd's reactions to the game. It's what makes baseball so enjoyable. If only they could get the smell of hotdog to come out of th TV set.

MVP does a very nice job on most stadiums. However, there are two huge omissions from shoddy, leaky Miller Park in Milwaukee. There should be a windowed restaurant in left field, and there is a Brewers clock missing in right field. I read in the MVP interview that EA claimed to use photography and blueprints...Maybe only for the good teams. I haven't seen a better Pac Bell than MVP. It's awesome.
