    Hitting (Come on)?

    People I have WSB last year and for the dreamcast years back...Im playing it on allstar I can hit The DAMN ball whats up with this is this game to hard....any advice let me know..

    Practice makes perfect, the manual says you need to spend hours in the batting cage (just like the pros do) until you get your groove. Practice practice practice, don't expect to go out there and win some games unless you learn how to hit and pitch, this is not last years game with minor upgrades, this is revamped so the game isn't too easy.

      Practice makes perfect, the manual says you need to spend hours in the batting cage (just like the pros do) until you get your groove. Practice practice practice, don't expect to go out there and win some games unless you learn how to hit and pitch, this is not last years game with minor upgrades, this is revamped so the game isn't too easy.

        Unfortunately, there is no Batting Cage or Batting Practice actually provided.

        I was getting killed last night by a knuckleball - I would have loved to be able to go into BP and practice hitting just that pitch.

            I'm glad it's hard, last year by mid april I was hitting dingers with my 7, and 8 hitters.

                I think what they are trying to tell us is to play a whole hell of alot of games, not just a "couple of games", probably around half of a season or a ton of exhibition style games until we "get it."
