first off i have noticed my four seamer is fastest in the game when i hit the meter just as it gets into the rest and not all of the way. has anyone else noticed this and is that the optimum spot to hit with all of your pitches? also, has anyone figured out a method or strategy to get the computer to chase balls that break out of the zone?

The most effective fastballs are the ones with less speed. They will have more movement than the fastest baseballs which can easily get crushed. As far as strategy is concerned, I've just been aiming around their cold zones so far. -

yeah, working around the cold zones get outs, but i want k's. have you had any success getting strikeout? maybe i do need to change speed with my fastball more. the meter is supposed to be an effectiveness meter not a speed meter. is all the way charged going to get you the most break on your breaking pitches.Comment
