Wally do you have a Gamecube? If you do get Homerun King, no joke man. It is like WSB 2K with updated rosters and stadiums. Same great graphics!

As for this years WSB, the graphics have changed since then. I also would suggest you go with MVP.

I too have owned all four baseball games on the Xbox. I bought and returned ASB and HH. They didn't do it for me. Yesterday, I picked up WSB and MVP. I loved WSB on the Dreamcast and on the Xbox last year. So, I knew it was going to be a great game. And, it is.

Let me say that I've always been a Sega fan and thought that most EA sports games were crap. But, let me say this. I can't put MVP down. I think it's incredible. The graphics are top notch, maybe a shade less than WSB. But, what gets me here is the gameplay. I think it's the best of any game. The play is just so fluid. This is the first baseball game I've ever played which seems like you're facing a real pitcher. Batting is very tough on the default pro level. It will take a few more games to get used to it. I've gone to playing the rookie level every other game to get used to the hitting. Another thing, the replays on this game are the best ever. Just like you're watching a game on TV.

I think this is the year where we finally have two great games in the same sports. WSB &amp; MVP. Right now, I'd place MVP a shade ahead of WSB. I'll let you know if I change my mind.

Yes, definitely. And see in my post above that I think that this is the first baseball game ever which seems like you're really facing an MLB pitcher.
