The reason no one is answering you, I believe, is because these players have been asked about again and again and again.

Meche is the only one I'm unfamiliar with, but the answer on the rest is No. With the exception of Hideki Matsui, all the players in the game are there through the MLBPA license. Players not covered include "scabs", who crossed the lines during the players' strike, and players who have not had at least one Major League at-bat.
