I've had a couple in-game injuries so far (I've only played 5 games so far). I've seen a sprained anlke(sliding into 2nd) and a broken leg (from a beanball).
Same thing that happened in ASB 2003 happens this year, once the injury occuries a message come up saying "player X has suffered a (whatever the injury is), will be gone for/sidelied fo X # of days, then you must bring in a replacement.

Nope, I haven't even seen how a concussion effects my ace.
