Are there injuries besides getting hurt after a hit?

Just curious if anybody has seen an injury while playing defense or a pitcher gets hurt by line drive or has arm problems?

I was playing with the astros, and Biggo slid into 3rd and pulled his groin. Out for 10 days. He actually overslid the base, so it seemed pretty realistic.

Did a pinch runner come in and stay on the base? Of did you get hit by the bug?
