Can't decide, Can't decide! Please help me (quickly)

Ok, i bought High Heat a couple days ago and i like it (not love) but I think im gonna bring it back for either wsb or MVP.


Last year I prefered WSB to everything else because the gameplay with right on. The AI sucked and I had to make excuses to myself why I won every game 2-1 but i had fun with it none the less.

That said, Im not really sure why im not going gaga about getting 2k3. The pitcher/batter in MVP just sounds so fun. But so did all the baseballness (i made that word up, dont steal it!) in HH also sounded like it would be great (and the detail is amazing) but the gameplay just didnt do it for me.


So am i being a fool and should i just settle on WSB because it's the safe bet or should i roll the dice and try another new game looking for something even more fun?

Why not go by a rental place and see if you can pick up a couple titles to try out?

I got WSB 2K3 and am really enjoying it. Last year I had ASB and thought it was pretty cool, too. I think I like WSB better, but I'm still going to try and rent the new ASB and also MVP just to check them out.

Answer a few questions.

1. Are you big into baseball and do you need the *newest* version of the games?

If you answer no I would suggest you get MVP Baseball. I say this because you have last years WSB and so the new rosters, etc will be missing but the same gameplay is still there.

If you say yes then I suggest you stick with WSB.

Have you read the posts on both MVP and WSB? I feel like I've read more positive things about WSB than about MVP. But, since MVP is trying some revolutionary new things, maybe you'd like to have something like that. I guess it depends on what you're looking for replace High Heat. If you want something totally different, then maybe MVP is the one for you. If you want something with the best graphics and damn good gameplay (plus great Franchise), get WSB again.
