How well are you doing in your franchise?

It's another one of these opportunities to update.

I'm doing okay with my Vancouver Fury, except the fact that I'm still tied with the Rangers in the AL west with records of 7-1. I'm looking forward to this weekend to see who comes out victorious.

Right now with normal batting, my teams hitting fairly good, but it's early in the season though. My pitching has changed drastically since the Yankees series.

Re: How well are you doing in your franchise?

I'm 11-10 in my Franchise with the Yankees, who trail the Red Sox by 3 games and the Orioles, yes the Orioles, by 1/2 a game. The Yanks just lost to the dreaded Anaheim Angels 2-0. Jarrod Washburn had a complete game, 3-hit shutout, while striking out 6. Clemens went 8 innings, giving up the 2 runs and 6 hits, while striking out 5.

Ventura's 14-game hitting streak was snapped and Bernie's 10-gamer was snapped also with the loss. However, Ventura currently leads the AL with a .417 batting avg and Bernie's #2, batting .393.

This game is very realistic and is incredibly fun right now. Continue to post everyone!

21-27 with the Carolina Copperheads. I play 1 game per series and sim the rest. I was 20-15 at one point but have struggled lately.

12 wins/ 22 loses with my Portland Green Sox... manage only/ one game a series, simming the rest... Tomas Perez keeps going bonkers in simmed games but blows in any game I use him in... I guess he likes it when I'm not around... looking forward to the # 1 pick next summer... Seth Etherton has almost half my wins with an ERA around 2.00-- good pitcher. Rick Helling is garbage. Just traded Matt Mantei for Alex Escobar... hope I can keep him healty.

Re: How well are you doing in your franchise?

i just finished spring training with my cubs franchise. i like it so far. here's the batting order

                cedano
                tejada
                pujols
                vlad
                posada
                bellhorn
                jacque jones
                rivas
                pitcher

my line up is awesome but my pitching is crap. i did a fantasy draft and my first 6 picks or so were all position players. my best starting pitcher is either ben sheets or johan santana. i might trade brandon duckworth for mike hampton. i'm not sure yet. i want a good hitting pitcher because i'm in the NL but i would also like to keep duckworth. i'm always surprised that i can draft like 3 people and know that tejada will still be around in the 4th round.
                Teams:

                NFL - Packers & Browns
                MLB - Brewers & Twins
NCAA Football - Wisconsin, LSU, Virginia Tech
                Soccer - Arsenal, Wolverhampton
                NHL - Wild

23-28 now. 2 more games left in the month and I will update my Franchise thread. Palmeiro is 2nd in Hr's and leads the league in RBI right now. Been on a tear the last few games.

I am 18-4 to start off the season with my Seattle Mariners. 6 game lead in the AL West!!! I know its early, but things are looking good for the Seattle Mariners. (BUT, lets remember...the M's start off 18-8 last year and missed the playoffs) Anyhow, I LOVE THIS GAME!!!
