Slow line-drives and speedy defensive players

Does anybody else having the problem of hitting slow line drives? I'll hit the ball, and it will be a line drive up the middle, but the second baseman or shortstop will run 100mph to middle and make the catch.

I also think the outfield dimensions are really small, or the defensive players run too fast. I can't tell which. It just seems like the players cover the whole outfield in a really short amount of time.

So I guess I'm the only one who is hitting these slow line drives?

Nobody else thinks the players in the outfield cover alot of ground very quickly?

I line out or hit bloopers to the infield way too often.

And on defense, seems like routine singles are constantly getting past me. Pain in the a$$.

Try changing difficulty, pitching speed, and sliders until you find a combo that works.

                        Vic

Vic20, can you set the infield back as a default, or you just need to set it every batter/inning/pitch?
                        Either way, no biggie.

You have to do it before every batter- but it is ok. I use the few seconds it takes to think about how to pitch the batter and which base to throw to in the very likely event of a hit!
