If you're into Expansion/Franchise modes, you will LOVE ASB.

If you are really into baseball there is only one choice in my opionion,and that is allstar. No I am not a fanboy and I've played Wsb and Mvp. The latter two are just missing something that I can't put my finger on,just look at all the guys that are comeing back. If you are looking for a homer fest,then you will not find it here. However,if you want (in my opionion) the best sim allstar is defineatly the way to go. But everyone has their own tastes,like heelfan said just rent them to see which is the best for you

That is the only way to go!
I choose ASB b/c I couldn't wait for them all to come out and I love it. I may buy WSB2K3. But lest face it, I do not have the time to play two full seasons simultaneously.

One other thing..... for every 50 people that tell you to get a particular game,you will have another 50 telling you to get something else. It's all about personal preference. Renting is the only way you will know for sure.
