    So is MVP realistic?

I want to know from some people who have the game. It sounds like the animations are fantastic. Is it worth buying over WSB?

Well I'm using the Padres and we're ranked 27th over all ouch. My record right now is 2-4, being swept by the Giants in the first series and winning 2 games from the Dodgers. Scores have not exceeded 5 runs and half of the scores have been close like 3-2 and 3-1. So far I've only hit 3 hrs in 6 games. Stat wise the game is realistic, and the only complaint I have is the same as everyone else's. Fielding issues, like no manual dive. Fun factor=9/10 with games lasting around 25-30 mins. Realism (total) 8/10

I think it is pretty good. I have seen a lot of hits in games but it is not out of this world. Yesterday I lost a gme 3-2 in 13 innings and the opposing team only had 10 hits.

It is realistic, but I'm sure other games will produce more realistic results. It's definitely on the arcade side of the scale, but it is no Triple Play at all. Its great to me, and tons of fun which is the bottom line, IMO.

I'm not finding it very realistic...10-15 hits a game. Strikeouts are fine(5-7 a game), but the computer never swings outside the zone, so throwing balls is pointless. That means that every pitch you throw is hittable. That also means that you never see any walks. And, you will seldom Strikeout from the computer (After only a few games, I''m striking out about 1-2 times a game, and that's w/ a garbage team like the O's). Very dissapointed, i expected much more.
It's pretty much my favorite animal. It's like a lion and a tiger mixed... bred for its skills in magic.

This game can be as realistic as you want it to be. You HAVE to work the other pitchers or you will hit weak grounders or strike out. Also if you turn off the strike zone, vibration, and hot and cold zone, it is very realistic to pitch, b/c you have to guess where you think it is a strike. Try that and maybe your walk problem will be solved, also i get the comp to fish at my splitter all the time, you have to get a guy that has low plate discipline to make them chase.
