fielders facing the wrong way, pickoffs, etc.

can anyone tell me how to get an outfielder facing the right way after having gone back to catch a deep fly ball? i keep running into this, my outfielders getting into position with plenty of time to spare but always ending up making an over the shoulder catch facing the wall when they could have turned and caught it normally. any tips?

as pickoffs.....i've only played about five games and i think i've picked off three runners. seems kinda easy to do. anyone agree? disagree?

yesterday someone talked about how they were thrown out at first by the right fielder, who short-hopped a line drive and came up firing. this happened to me yesterday.......maddening.

I just run to where the ball is going to land and turn around myself. I just tap the stick enough to make them turn around and they put the glove up to catch the ball.
