Does anyone know how frequently Acclaim is planning on having the XBox Live Roster Updates available? Is there an update available right now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is at least one available. I picked up the game on release day, and there was a roster waiting to be downloaded.
Which every game with roster updates should have.
The roster was dated March 1. I don't know if there have been rosters released since.5WG | Facebook | Twitter | fiftytwoplays

I got a question. I don't have xbox live and don't plan on getting it either cuz i don't have cable or dsl. But my question is if someone sent a memory card to something that had xbox live can that person download the rosters to that memory card??Comment

Yes, in fact that is what people that don't have XBox live do to get newer rosters.
They have someone download them to their memory card, then the person without cable sends the downloader their memory card and it is copied over.
Just make sure you trust the person you are sending your memory card to so they don't steal it.
Also, I think there may be a chance that updated rosters may be released on a demo disc in the future, tho that is just speculation.Comment
