can anyone tell the difference between pitch speeds options?

i cant really tell the difference between "slow, medium, fast, and very fast" when Im batting, ive tried it with randy johnson on the mound and I cant see much difference, but i can see the difference when Im the one pitching

I don't have the game or an Xbox, but I've been reading everywhere that you need to press "White" on the sliders screen or something like that, and that will get you to CPU sliders... that's where you change them.

On the Team Options screen, press X to get to the CPU team's options. Then change the pitch speed to Very Fast (or whatever).
