    the meter moves faster with runners on because in real life it is harder to pitch out of the stretch as opposed to the windup.

        uh not really...

        the meter goes faster b/c the pitcher isn't goin through his full windup.

        the meter's speed is dependant on the pitcher's windup motion.

            as far is you seeing 101mph when you let the meter run to the max.
            I believe that most if not all pitchers can reach that speed. I use the yankees and i personally dont think pettitte or mussina can reach the speed of 101mph

                HUH???!!!! Umm I have only hit over 100 once and that was Baez. None of players can really crank it, Wohlers but tops at 97.
