if you find a good setting on the BE(S), please post it....thats the only problem i really run into...the cpu swinging at way too many first pitch strikes, and strikes period for that matter....ive been playing with it at 65, but my plan is to lower it to 58 and play it that way over the weekend, see how it goes

I have been happy with BE(S) at 40. I used to have it way up in the 80-90 range. As long as you have CPU BA and BE(b) high enough(40/70), you won't get excess K's. CPU BA is the most important variable in determing how many K's you get.

im testing out this theory, as it sounded logical......ive only put in 1 game, so too early to make big judgements, however.....
i was pitching with David Cone, who in the past would rack up the k's, no matter what i did.....but with the CPU BA moved up to 40, and the BE (S) dropped to 30, i was able to pitch him 6 2/3 and got only 4 k's, pitch count in the 70s/80s, and the took quite a number of called strikes as opposed to hacking at everything.....so for a first try, very good results indeed.....good call, Snate
