Griffey JR. is awsome in this game.

Talk about carrying a team in 1st place. Im 11-6 with the Reds and Griffey is carrying the whole team.

    Lineup ----------AVG---HR---RBI---R---2B---3B---TB---SLG

    B. Larkin-------.210----0-----3-----7----0-----4----21-------
    A. Boone------.262-----2-----9----9-----2-----0----25-------
    K. Griffey------.438-----8----19---17----9-----1----63---.984
    A. Dunn-------.290-----1-----3----5-----4-----0----25-------
    A. Kearns-----.290-----2----12---4-----4-----1-----30--------
    S. Casey------.224-----1-----5----3-----3-----0-----19--------
    B. Larson-----.283-----0-----4----3-----5-----1------24--------
    J. Larue-------.236-----0-----1----3-----1-----0------14-------

Ive played every game except 2. Im tied for 1st with the Cards in the central. Take Griffey out of that line up and replace him with the average player and I say im 6-11. My Pitching has been really good, ERA is kinda low for the Reds IMO. Pretty realistic so far.

Good God! Your getting a lot of homers, I have a franchise with the Astro's and I'm not getting any thing.
Cameras or guns, one of them is gonna shoot me to death.

My biggest piece of advise in this game when it comes to hiiting is work the counts. Take the 1st pitch and work from there. Out of those 8 HR's, 6 were probally mistake pitches deep in the count. Hold up when trying to hit a HR also.

It's wierd..I'm soooo patient at the plate when playing High Heat, yet with this game I swing at everything. The change-up and Fastball combo is DEADLY in this game. I fall for it almost everytime.

It seems to me that the "better" players get more pitch tip offs, I have had tons with Ordonez, but not so many with lets say...Aaron Rowand

Maybe just because their contact is alot higher?

Im 20-13 in my franchise and Griffey is tied with Bonds with 16 HR's. I think the rest of my players have around 12-15 homers combined.

its probably b/c the CPU pitchers are tryin to be more articulate with their pitches and end up missing some of the time.
