cpu gets double digit hits every time

granted it may be becuz i'm the indians... but damn, i turned the cpu hitting down 1 or 2 notches(i can't remember) i lost my last game 2-0. (i upgraded to mvp from all-star in the last 2 games) i am presently sitting at 4-5.

in 2 of my games i've held the cpu to 6 and 8 hits on allstar. i havent changed from default settings as far as hitting goes but i'm still learning this game.

I've noticed this too, its really hard to stop the CPU from racking up hits..

But it is ok, because I get around or more hits than they do..

I turn down the CPU hitting 4 clicks, and mine 3 clicks, and there is still lots of hitting going on, but it seems closer to life. I play on All Star.

I don't say this to come off like one of those, "you guys just stink," types, but if you keep the ball down in the zone, and throw enough balls out of the zone to keep them chasing, you shouldn't give up more than 10 hits on all star, 10 should be a bad game. Keep the ball down, away, and change locations.

^ I do that, but with such a lousy pitching staff, its tough to get people out anyway.

and i'm playing as the indians. and believe me, i know how to pitch in this game. last year, i had pitchers that had less hits than innings pitched. I"m going to try to demote myself from MVP to allstar is see how that goes. standing in at 4-6.
