Creating More Minor Leaguers

In my SF franchise, I wanted to create some minor leaguers that weren't included in the game, including J. Foppert and J. Williams. Anyone know where I can go to get info on the different pitches they throw? If anyone is playing with SF and already created some of their minor leaguers, I'd really appreciate it if you could post attributes of anyone you created.
