Been playing with the Yankees in franchise mode, and.....the only thing I can think of is that Rondell White saved the life of the head guy in charge over at EA Sports. White is hitting the cover off the ball for me. I'm only six games in, but he's clubbing it more than anyone else in the lineup right now. It's weird, actually, because the hottest hitters I have are actually in the bottom half of their order. Giambi, Soriano, Jeter, not making too much noise at all. It's Rondell White, it's Nick Johnson, it's Robin Ventura, it's Raul Mondesi......but then again, in the six games I've played, I'm 1-5. (I need to be better about changing speeds with my pitching, the Jays jumped all over me in the opening series and the bullpen blew two saves (and games) against the D-Rays.
Do players real life abilities seem to be reflected well in MVP?
