Considering my opinions of the other games, should I even bother with MVP?

High Heat is just too dull. I don't understand how people can say that HH is a great game.

WSB is too arcadey for me. It looks beautiful, but the game plays like an arcade game at the local mall. It is not a sim.

ASB is enjoyable to me and looks really good, but hitting is harder than he**.

Considering this, should I even bother with MVP? I want a sim, but don't mind a little arcade action as long as it's not full of bugs and has realistic amounts of pitches, foul balls, etc.

100% yes, MVP2003 will be perfect for you. Go buy it. Great atmosphere eliminates that "dull" feeling. SIm with a mix of "arcade" = great fun.

A lot of people overlook HH because of the graphics and don't play the game enough to realize how tight the game play really is. IMO it plays like real Baseball 95% of the time, strategies included. I do agree with Madskillz MVP is a sloid game although leans a little towards the arcade side. But everyone agrees it's an awesome game for a first time effort.

I'm currently playing HH and MVP on the BOX. Both are great and each bring something a little different to the table. I haven't tried WSB2K3 or ASB2004 because I hate cursor batting.

If you don't like HH no problem I also recommend MVP it's a blast.
