        He's a really good defensive SS, but he's one of the worst hitters I have seen in a long time.

          This just shows how overrated mediocre pitchers are. Either you're great, or you match up with position players that pitched in their high school days. Everybody threw back in the day, they all know how it's done. Maybe they don't have the command as other pitchers do, or the stamina (or ability to risk injury), but just look at this inning. No need to laugh at the hitters for not getting good contact off of him, he threw well. Plus, he maxed out faster than Barry Zito on every fastball.

          That was fun to watch, though Gload might have pulled his foot off the bag on the first out.

            Very cool indeed! He looked pretty good to me, very nice number two for a guy that doesn't pitch regularly.

              That 2-2 pitch with 1 out froze him pretty good..changeup/breaking ball had a nice late break
