Mine has it and I rented it. But the Blockbuster where I live takes out the instruction manuals now. You more or less have to figure things out for yourself or ask someone here. Their big excuse is that people kept returning games and keeping the instructions and they can't resell them that way.

btw, is there a "speed boost" button for the defense and also baserunners in this game?
