Yes it would be pretty rad but it ain't going to happen. The XBOX head honcho said the reason we won't see EA Sports games on XBOX Live is because EA wants control of the game and wants to run it through there servers so they can charge a service fee.

Microsoft says XBOX Live games are on there servers only. The two sides are not budging. Which means

Good point Rod. It's too bad the rich can't see eye to eye w/ the rich...the gamers end up suffering.

EA usually gives 30-60 days free on most of their games after that it's generally $9.95 a month. And that's another problem Microsoft has with EA's Online Strategy. Microsoft wants to build XBOX Live with gamers and they want to charge $9.95 per month which means you can play whatever game you want for as long as like.

EA charges a monthly fee per game although they give a price discount if you buy more EA games. Basically Microsoft said that EA is in a bad spot cause they spent 250 Million dollars building their Online Service which they were to partner with AOHeLL. So it looks like they want to get as much money back as they can. Their service is a money pit and Microsoft can't convince them of that. It's Time To Move On EA !

It would be fun to play games, but can you imagine playing HR Derby online??? I'd never do anything else. I'd have to move my toliet into the living room. It would be cool if they could keep stats on HR's hit, score, longest hit, etc...
