Yes, it change depend on how well the batter is doing.

i am not sure if it changes game by game or during the season. but once again my replies are from all the simming i like to do. year after year as their attributes get higher or lower it changes. but for the most part from what i have seen and this really sucks is that most players or at least the superstars of baseball will play until they are about 43 years old. and not only will they play until that age but will end that season will MVP or CY YOUNG stats. that is not good at all.
