How do you throw the runner out at the plate? Everytime I try he should be out by plenty but he cannot get the tag in time.

Dont release the throwing button at the red zone, this cause the throw off-line and the catcher have to move to catch the ball then tag. Also, press the x-button to throw before catching, that's help a lot to make the throw with more balance. -

hold down X (or whatever the equivalent is on the xbox) and yer catcher will run to cover home. this won't catch the runner every time, but it's the best solution i've found.Comment
