Question about the rain

Can the rain stop a game early or rain one out? I have yet to even see any rain, I wish there was a way to make it rain just so I could see it once.

TUNING FOR HIGH HEAT

I have the playstation 2. I am playing on all star level. i move the bar up one notch for cpu hitting and human hitting. two up on fouls. one up on human catcher throwing to second. its perfect now. if you dont move the bar up on hitting, you have 1-0 games all the time. i just won 5-4 in the 9 th, thome homer baby.

i just played in the rain. five errors wow. thome came up in my second game at florida. down by three runs. bases loaded. i hit huge shot and the right fielder pulled it back in. my heart is sad.
