Are people still having issues with pitchers starting every day?

I remember initially a lot of people were talking about the fact that sometimes pitchers will start basically back-to-back starts. has this been a consistent problem, and has anyone found a way to prevent this? thanks for the answers!

have not seen this at all.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Had it happen to me a few times during my franchise but the pitcher was taken out in the first or second inning by the computer because he had no energy from pitching the previous games. Its happed 2 or 3 times to me.

Hasn't happened to me since my 2nd franchise game. I'm now in June. But I play one game per series, it happened when I played two consecutive games.
