No waiver options yet, but I hear they might be added in an update or via a patch. Also, one of the updates is supposed to have a more robust Spring Training mode, which i'm pretty excited about. The reason they werent in there in the first place is because they werent ready yet and didnt want to water those features down, which is nice.
