A few ASB questions
I've had ASB since the first week of release, but I also bought HH and WSB when they came out. I really enjoyed ASB's manage only mode, but the hitting frustrated me so much with the cursers, I decided to try other games. Easy batting was too easy, since you almost always make contact no matter when the pitches are. Zone batting also frustrated me, since I can't seem to move the thumbstick to the zone soon enough to hit the ball. Well, I don't like HH or WSB, so I've come back to ASB and I'm once again trying zone batting. Here's my question. What happens if I don't move the thumbstick at all? What if I just swing the bat just using timing alone? What will the stats be like? Anyone else trying this? I've read seveal places where ASB's zone batting is just like HH, but I've never used the thumbstick in HH and I've never had a problem hitting.Tags: None -
Re: A few ASB questions
I have been having the same problem, I can never move the thumbstick quick enough in zone mode. So I then tried zone hitting without using the the thumbstick and I was striking out over 10 times a game. So now I am back to normal hitting. I seem to be striking out less but I think I am going to set the all-time strikeout record. -

Re: A few ASB questions
I not complaining, I think it is great that it is difficult. Much improved over last year. I had the triple crown wrapped up with Manny Ramirez halfway through the season.Comment
