Here's what I did with WSB to eliminate moving the cursor around so much.
*I set the game on:
Legend - Difficulty
Custom - AI.
I started with the Legend AI and changed two things... Pitching AI set to 100 and the pitches thrown for strikes set to 5. I also set, Very Fast pitching and Pitching Variable - Medium.
*I use the Pro Power hitting option and before the pitcher pitches I just barely move my cursor within the strike zone to either the top/right, top left, bottom/right ect and I leave it there... Believe it or not, even if the cursor is placed high and away and the pitch comes in low and outside you will still be able to make contact but you will hit it softly on the ground.
*This forces me to wait for my pitch all while lowering my hits and increasing my walks per game.
The drawback of doing this is that you're not able to check your swing.
