It would be cool if they could make the ball rattle around in the seats. Or have an animation of 10 or so people reaching for the ball at once. That would be cool!
Hey guys the balls do bounce around on homeruns

Re: Hey guys the balls do bounce around on homeruns
remember Triple Play 96 when an animated fan would catch the ball?
That was kool.
You had the guy that swung over the railing and held on for his life. The one guy that leaned back and then started waving the ball around. That's all I can remember though..."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

great game...little things in it that were gone from every baseball game the year after.
Aggressive/Conservative Throws
Animated Fans
Extra animations (ie: pitcher spitting)
Just the little things that were fun..."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
