    Re: scenerio mode

They choose instances from actual games that happened last year. Some are as simple as performing one task. For example, one of them you have the top of the 9th to break up Derek Lowe's no hitter. The Piazza one drops you in the 6th inning I think and you have to get a hit with Piazza and win the game. Another is a game where you take over in the middle of the game where Cameron has hit his 4th homerun and you have the rest of the game (probably 2 at bats) to get Cameron's 5th.

The cool thing about scenario mode is, as far as the ones i've seen, the rosters are accurate to LAST YEARS. I've seen Damian Moss pitching for the Braves, Lofton in San Fran, Jose Hernandez in Milwaukee, etc.

        hmm... there's:

        Brewing Trouble
        Mike's Collar
        Rich to the Rescue
        Rivera's Reprieve
        Tampa Bay's last gasp
        Ken Griffey's Revenge
        ASG Part I
These are all the ones I know...

        <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

Can someone explain what these are?? Like Rvera's Reprieve. THANX

        <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

I remember Rivera's Reprieve is from when Bill Selby hit the grand slam of him to win the game for the Indians. You just have to close the game out with Rivera.
Tampa Bays Last Gasp is of course about breaking Lowe's no-no.
Mike's Collar is pretty much taking over for the Mets in the 6th inning or something like that with a tie game. You just have to win it.
Rich to the Rescue is taking over for the Giants in the ninth inning with the bases loaded and 2 outs(I think, not all that sure) with Rich Aurillia and you have to win it.
Brewing Trouble you take over for the Brewers sometime late in the game and you have to win it.

Thats all I've done so far...

Nope...in Piazza's Collar, you only have to win with the Mets. I didn't get a hit with Piazza, but did end up winning, and I passed the scenario.

Brewing Trouble brings up Sexson, who in real life hit a double play in the extra inning situation. You're supposed to win the game with Milwaukee.
