    Franchise Question

Can you use a created player in the franchise mode. Also, how is the create-a-player feature?

    Thanks

    Re: Franchise Question

    Yes you can.

I don't know EXACTLY what the create-a-player is like, but it's a lot more in depth from last year.

I hope Sege lets you use created players in franchise with the next NHL 2K game.

Created player options are pretty sweet. I like it better than MVP and All-Star.

            Re: Franchise Question

There is a good reason why they don't let you have created players for basketball, football, and hockey franchises... because for those unlimited years, you could just be passing to him all the time... or shooting with him, or get more sacks with him, or steals, or something like that. In baseball, the starting 9 players all basically get the same amount of chances, and randomly get balls hit to them. It's all evened out, so you can't have your guy be batting 10 zillion times in a row... only once every 9 batters.

Therefore, it's quite understandable why the NHL 2K series shouldn't have a created player in franchise mode.
