***OFFICIAL*** "How Are You Doing in Your WSB2K3 Franchise?" Thread

I love reading about other gamers' experiences with a good game, but I hate looking through 100 different threads to read everyone's experiences. So, what we do at FanHome, a sports forum I am a part of, is create an official thread for you to post your franchise news and notes. I think I was the creator of this idea at FanHome, with my Madden 2003 thread, which was one of the most popular on the board. I'd like to bring this idea to OS, so here goes.

Please perhaps sticky this thread if it becomes popular, because I know that this board is a lot more active that FanHome's gaming board, so if everything goes well, I envision this being a very popular thread.

Well for me...I have PS2, so I will be at my store as soon as WSB comes tommorow, and I'll have a report for you on my franchise tommorow.

Well, I am now 12 games into my season and I am 10-2 with the Oakland A's So far my team has played well and I have swung one major deal trading for Josh Phelps, who has had an impact on my team. Tejada and Chavez have been doing well, while Terrance Long has really sucked batting .180 Zito is the best winnign his first 3 starts while throwing a perfect game That's about it - more specific details of my Oakland franchise can be found in the Dynasty forums on the OS boards

Yeah, stuff like you're talking about is already on this site. You can find it by going to the Main Index and then clicking on the Dynasty HQ forum. In there everyone posts on how they're doing in their various franchises. Check it out if you're interested in that.

I didn't know there was a dynasty board...when I look at it though, look at how many threads there are, it looks like each person started their own thread for each franchise...who wants to read through all that? There should be 1 thread for each game.

I like it, though. That way you can keep track of each franchise separately. It makes for more continuity while reading through the recaps, because you know which franchise you're reading about at all times.
