Re: I think I found a guaranteed pitching formula

I think I've seen more smart a$$ remarks these last few days than in the last year.
Yes it is something we already knew how to do(get 2 strikes) but since when is that a reason to be smart a$$es towards the poster?

Re: I think I found a guaranteed pitching formula

Thank you, Skyboxer. I was well aware that it has been said many times how to get 2 strikes on the cpu, but none of those methods were the same as what I saw.

It isn't like I was asking "derrr.....what color are Ichiro's shoes in the game, and are his eyes slanted proportionately?"

godsbad- you are exactly the kind of person who shows up here right around the time games come out every year and troll. I haven't seen one productive post from you yet, so until you prove that you have an intelligent thought running through your head, how about just keeping the remarks to yourself? Comments like yours don't benefit anyone.

Actually, out of the 19 posts I have made 18 have been beneficial to other members of this board. In no way am I trolling. Why don't you just admit you made a pointless thread? Don't be so defensive. I've read nearly every thread on this board from a week before the release of this game until the present. It has NEVER been an issue on how to get two strikes. Hell, I could take Julian Tavarez and throw two suspect sliders somewhere over the plate and I could record two strikes more times than not. So, why don't you try to follow along and actually make posts that are helpful.

                LOL

Check my posts and then tell me I have never posted anything of worth here. I never claimed this thread to be anything "groundbreaking" when I started it. I was just pasing on an interesting method that I stumbled upon. By the way, the key words in your quoted post are "I could record 2 strikes more times than not". That isn't every single time, now is it? I still don't get how that means I thought it was the second coming. I'm done with you, so feel free to resume your enlightening insight.

Re: I think I found a guaranteed pitching formula

Trying to reason with you is like talking to a wall. Try to follow along:

Since the release of this game EVERYONE has been trying to figure out a method to increase their strikeout numbers. Every thread that says anything in the title that even refers to pitching is usually either a gripe about the pitching or a solution/method to get more K's. "I think I found a guaranteed pitching formula" sure sounds like a thread that is offering a new method to strike people out. So, I click on it and once again I'm disappointed because yet another person does not understand that it take three strikes to strike someone out. Like I've said before, noone is having a problem getting the CPU batters to two strikes. Actually striking them out on the other hand, is another story. I hope that got through to you. By the way, you can try to play it off by laughing and using all the emoticons you want, but anyone that has half a brain knows I'm right. Hopefully, this will deter people like you from making more useless threads that give us a new twist on something we already know. Thanks.
