    ARM vs STF

Seeking Advice!! My team's facing a bit of a injury problem. 3 of my relieve pitchers went down with injuries (out for weeks). I am looking in the free agent pool to find some immediate help since I don't have a strong minor league system. I am considering two guys, both have similar stamina, control, and stats, but they differ in the following:
    1) 79 ARM, 90 STF
    2) 86 ARM, 85 STF

What's more important? Arm or Stuff? I'd like to sign both pitchers but given my budget constraint, I plan to sign only one for now. Which guy do you think can do better??? Thanks a lot for any insight you guys have.

Do they both throw with the same hand? If not, do you need a lefty more than a righty? Or vise versa?

My philosophy has been that there is more toit than arm vs stuff. You need to see how there pitches fit with the arm and stuff qualities. For example:

            Arm suits fastball, slider, sinker
stuff suits all junk like curve, screwbal, change, knuckle ect...

            Arm makes a power pitcher
            Stuff makes a finesse pitcher

A finesse pitcher that has power pitches doesnt match well like a power pitcher with finesse pitches dont match well
