    Remember, there isn't a clear cut way to develope young talent. If this was the case, every team would have Arod's and Pedro's and Giambi's.....developing players is not easy....There are several top prospects that don't make it, then there are several low round picks that do make it. That's what makes finding young talent so difficult. My Texas Rangers had one of the most promising prospects in Rueben Mateo a few years back....now, where is he? Haven't heard anything from him since he was traded for Rob Bell, who has since been released. Drafting, finding, and developing young talent is not as simply as we may wish.
