Is MVP a Hard Baseball Game To Play

i've played a few games of MVP (xbox version) and i lost 3 straight games in allstar level. Lost 4-6 me being the mets vs cards and albert pujols did a double against me on a low outside 4 seam fastball against Glavine (in the corners of his cold spot) while jim edmonds hit a double through centfield on a up and away pitch (once again cold spot in the corners) scoring the run from 2nd. Can you people give some tips on how to play in allstar level and have you experienced this level being hard to play in.

It is tough to play, you have to just work different speeds and pitch off the plate some. Sometimes with hitters like pujols you even have to work around him. I got ripped by Helton and Walker when i played them. The rest of the team wasn't too good though so i pitched around them.
