MLB Slugfest 2004 (Xbox) has great weather effects. I played a game in the rain and the outfielders slosh around in the puddles - Cool!

Can you strike out the opponent, or is it like every other baseball game on the market? I've been thinking of returning to my arcade roots, and just having fun! I'm so sick of waiting for the game to come out that has beautiful graphics, realistic gameplay and stats, and deep management. I just want to play baseball.

Yea there are a nice amount of K's once you learn how to pitch well.

Correct only season mode, and even that is not 162 games.
